An energy-packed hour split up with 30 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes of Barre.

Zumba
This is the activity that everyone’s been talking about. Fun, hypnotic and easy-to-follow, Zumba classes are the fun way to get your body moving, burn fat and invigorate your energy levels.

Barre
Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance and yoga – all choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body!

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a custom designed Yoga program offering both gentle and strength building opportunities.  This class, suited to all strength levels, is for those who prefer to utilize a chair for support while seeking yoga’s benefits of relaxation, balance and strength.

Stability Ball Class

This is an intermediate level core stability class utilizing big Swiss balls. Our exercises feature a combination of sitting/lying positions, as well as a combination of abdominal and back work – all while exercising arms and legs in the process. Most of these exercises can be modified to fit your individual fitness level.

Tabata

One hour cardio workout to out help you achieve a higher level of endurance and stamina. Each Tabata set involves alternating two high intensity or anaerobic exercises for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. This workout is best suited to advanced exercisers comfortable with high intensity training. Don’t let the description scare you away, there is always a modification for everyone and every exercise.

HIIT/Weight Circuit

Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.

Step Aerobics

Step class is a form of aerobic exercise distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by the use of an elevated platform. The class is a low impact session featuring basic moves strung together in a sequence to music – including dance elements of turns, mambos and stomps.

The benefits of step aerobics are:

  • Burning of Calories & Fat
  • Reducing Stress
  • Promoting Restful Sleep
  • Strengthening of Core Muscles

Each session also encourages social connections with others in the class and is suitable for all ages.
