The class is a low impact session featuring basic moves strung together in a sequence to music – including dance elements of turns, mambos and stomps. The benefits of step aerobics are:

This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. with Rhonda MeimanA California native, Rhonda would later move to Texas and join the U.S. Air Force where she met her husband, Steve. They have one son – Colton. Together, they moved to Salado in 1996 and soon realized that the village lacked a gym – So begins Salado Fitness. Opened in 1999, Rhonda became a group fitness instructor, and later on, a personal trainer. In addition to our traditional Pilates class, we also offer Studio Pilates and Pilates Props which use specialized fitness equipment to boost resistance. Our classes are led by expert fitness instructors that will help you get the most out of your class routine. with Alice CooperAlice Cooper has a BS in Natural Science and a BS in Physical Therapy. She has been a licensed physical therapist since 1984. She completed coursework for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the fall 2014 from UTMB. She has been teaching Pilates (plus other exercise) class in Salado since early 2002, not long after moving here from north TX. She recently added a Ball Core Strengthening class as well. Our exercises feature a combination of sitting/lying positions, as well as a combination of abdominal and back work – all while exercising arms and legs in the process. Pilates aims to achieve core stability and improve posture. In addition to our traditional Pilates class, we also offer Studio Pilates and Pilates Props which use specialized fitness equipment to boost resistance. Our classes are led by expert fitness instructors that will help you get the most out of your class routine. with Alice CooperAlice Cooper has a BS in Natural Science and a BS in Physical Therapy. She has been a licensed physical therapist since 1984. She completed coursework for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the fall 2014 from UTMB. She has been teaching Pilates (plus other exercise) class in Salado since early 2002, not long after moving here from north TX. She recently added a Ball Core Strengthening class as well. She retired from the Navy Reserve in 2013 after 30 years, and will work part time in the new Integrity Rehab and Home Health PT clinic in Salado. She lives in Salado and is married with 3 grown children, 3 stepchildren, and 3 grandchildren. 9:00 am to 10:00 am

They have one son – Colton. Together, they moved to Salado in 1996 and soon realized that the village lacked a gym – So begins Salado Fitness. Opened in 1999, Rhonda became a group fitness instructor, and later on, a personal trainer. Her love is group fitness and her classes are geared for beginner/advanced individuals with a safe, non-intimidating environment. 9:00 am to 10:00 am

Zumba classes are entertaining, which means students are busy burning calories and getting fit while enjoying the fun of Latin dancing plus plenty of squats and lunges. Melissa is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast and enjoys learning and researching health and wellness. Melissa loves people and is passionate about encouraging women to be fit, healthy, uplifted, and inspired. Melissa has been married for 22 years and has 4 daughters.
